  • Leave Prefer hardware encoding checked. This allows OBS to use any GPU-based encoders such as NVIDIA’s NVENC.
  • Leave Estimate bitrate with bandwidth test checked. OBS will then run a short test on the Twitch servers to see what bitrate your internet connection can maintain.
  • After the test has finished, you’ll get an estimated configuration of ideal settings. Click Apply Settings to save them.

Adding a Scene in OBS Studio
